What an amazing local GEM, The San Diego country Estates needed this amazing upgrade! The owner first of all, is so kind and creative. It’s been amazing to attend her local events. During the summer they put on free movie nights- it’s a must go to for our very family centered community. If you don’t already, follow their Instagram and Facebook for their monthly specials and calendar of events, you’ll never know where you’ll find Gathering Grounds whether it’s a local pumpkin patch or at an event! The barista’s: Charli, Elena, Riata, Heather, Danica, and Liliana- Are all incredible people. Each one of them brings their own special spark when I get my coffee, I enjoy the service & smiles! If you aren’t as much of a coffee fan, don’t worry they still have other options… They have energy drinks, Cold pressed juices, and quite the menu for food! I love the new bagels & the popular cinnamon rolls. Stop by to check it out it’s a must go to staple!

This place is such a fun place to hang out! Danika the owner is so nice! I love that she listens to concerns or new ideas, she & her staff are always trying to come up with new fun ideas for drinks to cater to the community. & you gotta love the seating areas with the games! Check this place out on your way in or out of the estates. Even if you’re not in the estates, support your local coffee shop!!

Very cute little place! I stopped by this morning and got a dark chocolate peppermint mocha and a cinnamon roll (which are baked by someone in town). Both were FABULOUS. The two ladies working there were awesome too and dealt with my “just rolled out of bed” brain fog with a laugh a friendly chit chat. I’m so glad I stopped by because I frequently stay overnight with friends who live in the estates and need coffee on my way home in the mornings but never want to drive all the way into town. It was also nice to learn that they have a variety of options there too (lemonade, teas, health juice shot things). The patio is cute and has a bookshelf set up with a take and leave system (I think) and some games in the corner for kiddos. Highly recommend and will be back soon!

Gathering Grounds is such an exquisite little boutique coffee shop! I love the coffee- my favorites are the rose or lavender lattes! It’s such a cute little coffee shop nestled in the San Diego Country Estates golf course community- There is a cute outdoor, covered sitting area, beautiful garden, beautiful view, views, books to read, games to play and just a peaceful vibe!! Also, the service team is absolutely amazing! Friendly, kind, accommodating. Highly recommend stopping by this little gem, even if you are passing through Ramona to Julian or Palm Springs!!

This place has my whole heart. The dirty banana chai is unreal, the vibes are always cozy, and the staff feels like family. We literally took our whole crew here almost daily over the holidays and it was the highlight every time. Danica, you’ve built something so special, the friendliest faces, the best coffee, and a place that just feels good to be in. So grateful to have Gathering Grounds Espresso Bar right here in Ramona. 5 ⭐️ always 🫶

Great little coffee place. I'm vacationing out of town didn't want a full breakfast so I stopped and I did get a bagel with cream cheese awesome very fresh bagel. Also I really didn't want coffee and ask for a recommendation and the young lady recommended a London fog. I never heard of that so it was tea with your choice of milk and either vanilla or lavender flavoring and she suggested trying both together. I am very happy I went with her recommendation It is a wonderful drink.

Run don’t walk to try Gathering Grounds in Ramona! Affordable delicious coffee, locally sourced treats, and a friendly staff! They have a drink called Apple of my Chai that tastes like fall in a cup 🍁

10000/10 Highly recommend!! The staff was so friendly and welcoming! I wanted to keep it simple and refreshing with a drink and asked the owner to surprise me! She came back with a lavender lemonade and it was so perfectly refreshing for this weather we’re having! I also stuck around for the free movie night they hosted and it was such a fun little local gathering! I will definitely be coming back when I’m in the area! Love this place! So cute!

Absolutely love Gathering Grounds Espresso Bar! Their monthly specials are so creative and delicious, the employees and owner are incredibly kind and really make you want to keep going back. Not only that, but they use Drop Kick Coffee and they’re the only coffee shop in Ramona that does! The espresso is so smooth, with hardly any acidity, it’s fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about them, seriously!

Couldn't be more thrilled with our neighborhood coffee shop. I love that the menu rotates every month so there are new, fresh flavors to try (although they will still make the ones you get attached to thank goodness)! Friendly and attentive service always! Oh they also do such fun decor, summertime movies with free popcorn, and seasonal lemonades for the kids. Overall just a great addition to our community!
